By accessing or using the website of Vaghani Multispeciality Dental Hospital & Orthodontic Center (vaghaniorthodontics.com), or by booking a consultation via our web forms, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our digital services or submit personal information.

2. Medical & Informational Disclaimer

Orthodontic and dental outcomes vary for each individual depending on biological response, skeletal structure, oral hygiene, and compliance with aligner or retainer wear protocols.

3. Contact Inquiries & Virtual NRI Consultations

For international patients and NRIs residing in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and Africa, we offer preliminary digital smile evaluations via WhatsApp and Video Consultations prior to travel:

• Preliminary Nature: Virtual assessments and tentative treatment timelines provided over digital channels are estimations based on photos/X-rays and remain subject to in-person clinical and 3D intraoral scan verification upon your arrival at our Surat hospital.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, current, and accurate medical and dental history details during all consultations.
• Appointment Confirmations: Submitting a contact form constitutes an appointment request. Our administrative team will reach out directly via call or WhatsApp to confirm your exact appointment slot.

4. In-Clinic Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and allocate dedicated operatory hours with Dr. Bhavnit Vaghani and our multispeciality dental team.

• Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation to complete initial medical health questionnaires.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so the slot may be offered to other patients or international visitors with limited itineraries.

5. Intellectual Property & Before/After Photography

All trademarks, logos, brand elements, custom digital designs, photography, text, and clinical before-and-after smile transformation images displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Bhavnit Vaghani / Vaghani Orthodontics and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

All patient transformation photographs are published with patient consent for clinical demonstration. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of our clinical images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees, Treatment Estimates & Payments

Prior to initiating any comprehensive orthodontic treatment (such as Clear Aligners or Ceramic Braces) or restorative care (Veneers, Implants), a detailed customized treatment plan with transparent cost estimates will be provided.

• Payments can be made via UPI, major international/domestic credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash.
• For custom aligner trays and laboratory-fabricated porcelain veneers, an initial deposit is required prior to digital manufacturing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaghani Orthodontics, its specialists, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party software interruptions, or unauthorized transmission delays outside our reasonable administrative control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or our dental services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
